Guests can sample tapas-sized tastes of inventive cuisine from more than 30 global marketplaces during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Sept. 25-Nov. 16, 2015 at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. The Epcot Food and Wine Festival is a 40 Day Magnificent Event!

The 40 day-plus Epcot Food and Wine Festival, celebrated for its inspired food-and-beverage marketplaces, high-energy concerts and premium dining events, debuts a Scotland Marketplace and adds fresh flavor to the Brazil Marketplace, returning by popular demand. Griddled lobster tail with garlic butter sizzles at the Hops & Barley Marketplace by American Adventure, and the aromas of more than 25 ethnic and specialized marketplaces – Africa, France, South Korea and Florida Local included – waft across the World Showcase Promenade. Guests can have their own complimentary “passport” stamped at each location for a fun festival souvenir. This is just some of the fun you can have at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival.

Always in the news is the Epcot Food and Wine Festival.

In wine news, the festival is one of the first venues in Florida to serve wine on tap in kegs under a new Florida law allowing wine to be dispensed from sustainable stainless-steel containers. Guests can taste a Cabernet and Chardonnay from kegs at the Festival Center and sample a Pinot Gris and a Pinot Noir from kegs at the park’s cool post at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival.

Epcot Food and Wine Festival guests can catch culinary demonstrations by different celebrity chefs. Some in the past were Cat Cora, Warren Brown and Jamie Deen. Chef Carla Hall, host of ABC’s “The Chew,” has also appeared at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival, where she signed copies of her book after a cooking demo. “Cooking with Love: Comfort Food That Hugs You” and for a Sweet Sundays brunch event.

Daily wine tastings and mixology seminars offer new sips to guests. Nightly Eat to the Beat concerts keep the party rockin’, and six bands make their festival debut this year. In Future World, the iconic Ocean Spray Cranberry Bog returns for a third year to introduce families to the cranberry’s rich agricultural heritage.

Featured at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival in the marketplace are favorites like -The new Scotland Marketplace designed by Walt Disney Imagineering features traditional dishes with a twist including Scottish salmon, vegetarian haggis and beverages including a Loch Lomond cocktail and Scotch whiskey flight from Glenfiddich Whisky. Scottish partners have worked with Disney to develop cuisine with a distinctly Scottish origin or theme to delight guests’ tastebuds. The Brazil Marketplace featured an exciting menu that included Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans and Xingu Black Beer. Terra, featured a vegan favorite Trick’n Chick’n Curry. Yum for your tum at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival.

Celebrity chefs are everywhere at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. Turn on just about any corner and you’re likely to see one that you recognize giving a cooking demonstration.

Festival Welcome Center buzzes with activities – Guests can make the most out of free authentic taste seminars. Culinary demonstrations and wine seminars feature new tastes and sips for a nominal fee.

Reserved culinary events draw foodies – Special culinary programs showcase a lineup of renowned winemakers, guest chefs and speakers like Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson as they participate in the Epcot Food and Wine Festival’s elegant dinners, luncheons, seminars and wine schools.

What’s Included with admission at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival:

Authentic Taste seminars, Ocean Spray Cranberry Bog, special book signings, Eat to the Beat concerts, cultural adventures, Marketplace Discovery Passport and all attractions and park entertainment are included with regular Epcot admission.

Special Programming by Reservation:

Dates may vary from year to year. For more information on parties and grand tasting events or other special wine and culinary programs require reservations and separate event admission.
