Dude, I was totally jonesin’ for some Mexican grub the other day, and I remembered hearing about this spot called Bubbakoo’s Burritos. So I paddled on over to check it out.

Let me tell you, Bubbakoo’s has been crushin’ it since 2008 with their bomb food and killer vibes. They’re all about spreading positive energy and satisfying your hunger cravings with their Mexi-inspired eats. Their menu is off the hook with fresh and delish burritos, tacos, quesadillas, taco salad, and the legendary Chiwawa. And don’t even get me started on their Signature menu, brah!

Bubbakoo’s is the perfect spot for a quick and healthy meal. Their fast-casual setup lets you chow down on some righteous steak and shrimp burritos, chicken and fried cauliflower tacos, quesadillas, and more. You’ll be stoked to come back for seconds, bro!

Yo, brah, let me tell you about the vibes at Bubbakoo’s Burritos. The decor is totally industrial-chic with exposed ductwork and raw concrete floors giving off a super rustic feel. But what really caught my eye was the epic ocean vista mural taking up one whole wall, dude. And on the opposite wall, they had a whiteboard listing today’s specials. So sick!

The service at Bubbakoo’s is next level, man. As soon as we paddled in, we were welcomed with open arms and our server was the gnarliest dude ever, super kind and attentive the whole time. And let me tell you, when they brought out our food, we were hangry as all heck, so it was epic that it came out super fast.

We ordered up the burrito bowl, kinda similar to what we’d get at Chipotle. But, gotta be real with ya, the food was lacking seasoning and wasn’t as hot as we would’ve liked. My co-diner went for the chiwawa and said it was filling, but just alright. But hey, the portions were pretty epic, so that’s always a plus. And the employees were totally cool, answering all our questions and being super chill about it.

So, you gotta try the shredded chicken at Bubbakoo’s Burritos! It’s marinated to perfection, just the right amount of spice and juiciness. And shoutout to the manager, Eli, he’s always super chill, professional, and always looks out for his guests’ needs.

So we went back to Bubbakoo’s Burritos for another session and decided to try the Burritodilla. But, gotta say, it wasn’t as gnarly as the first time we ordered it. Consistency is key, man. But hey, we’re still down to give it another go, maybe it was just an off day.

Along with my Burritodilla, I went for some chicken and fried cauliflower, and let me tell you, it was the ultimate combo, just the right amount of crunch and flavor!

The real MVP of the meal was their taco salad, bro. It was seriously delish and had me stoked from the first bite. And, let’s not forget about the chips and queso, they were out of this world! I was totally blown away by this meal and can’t wait to order it again!

Overall, the food at Bubbakoo’s Burritos was really tasty! In no time flat, I had eaten half my food!

We will definitely come back to Bubbakoo’s Burritos and give them another shot at pleasing our tastebuds.
